eFiling Divorce Mediation Documents in Phoenix

Did you know that you can file some of your Phoenix divorce mediation court documents electronically? The Maricopa County Superior Court has an eFiling program that allows parties to file their divorce documents online with the Court instead of walking them down to the Family Court filing counter or paying for a runner to file them.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to the initial filings, such as the Petition for Divorce and the Acceptance of Service. However, if you reach a divorce agreement in mediation, you may eFile your final Consent Decree documents, Property Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan. Additionally, you can eFile your Parenting Class certificates online.
